About the event
The local authority has commissioned Send4change to complete a review of its Special Educational Needs and Disability arrangements, this includes looking at how Bromley is currently spending it’s High Needs Funding. As part of this work BPV have been asked to explore parents views and experiences which has led to their child/young person to be placed in schools out of the borough. We are also keen to hear from families who may be considering sending their child/young person to an out of borough school.
We would like to invite you to take part in a Focus Group to explore the reasons for this and how Bromley in partnership with parents and school leaders can use the High Needs Funding to establish a new improved set of arrangements for Bromley’s most vulnerable children and young people.
The Focus Group will be taking place on Wednesday 1st November 2017 from 1pm-2.30pm at the Hawes Down Centre.
