About the event
Dear Parents/Carers
I am writing to invite you to the Friends and Family Forum on the 15th July 2014 at Riverside School, Main Road, St. Pauls Cray, Orpington, BR5 3HS. The forum will start at 10am and will finish at around 11.30. Our guest speaker this month will be Debi Christie – Programme Manager from:
“The Preparing for Adulthood Team”
Debi will be discussing and sharing information about the type of service and support that can be provided to disabled young people in preparing for their future.
Pelin Ahmet–Information Officer for the Disabled Children’s Team and Lisa Mason, who works at Riverside School (St. Pauls Cray) will help to facilitate the group.
Refreshments will be provided and a crèche will be available (must be booked prior to attendance), if parents require this facility. The sessions are usually very informative, yet informal and everyone is welcome.
