The Council for Disabled Children (CDC) is gathering feedback regarding the provision of the Independent Support Service.

This is a quality assurance survey which will help to collate important data about the experiences of those receiving Independent Support, and then inform any changes and improvements that need to be made to the programme.

It is also a key part of reporting to government around the impact of Independent Support ‘on the ground’. It is therefore essential for parents to participate in this survey. Kindly contact Olatomi Anidugbe on 07946775536 if you require more information about this survey or you would like to complete a paper copy
