On Thursday the 5th July, the Secretary of State for Education, Damian Hinds spoke to the Association of Directors of Children’s Services Conference. In what was one of the first speeches outlining his priorities since his appointment, the Secretary of State highlighted SEND as a priority for him and his Department.
