Members of BPV attended the NNPCF National Parent Participation Conference on 1st November.

It was disappointing but understandable that the Minister of State, Edward Timpson had to attend to unexpected Parliamentary business and so could not join us as planned. However he did send the attached letter which we wanted to share with you.
