Education, Health and Care Plan

Are you concerned with the quality of child’s Education, Health and Care Plan? Will your child/young persons plan support good outcomes?
Bromley Parent Voice in partnership with the Independent Consortium Team invites you to a workshop to help you prepare for your child’s annual review.
The workshop will provide parents and carers with information and will cover the following :

- How to prepare for the review
- Personal Profile
- Aspirations and Outcomes
- Who can help
