14:08 22 April in National News

Early Support is a way of working underpinned by ten principles that aim to improve the delivery of services for disabled children, young people and their families in England. The government funded initiative aims to meet the needs of all disabled children from 0 to 25years and their families. Resources materials and training have been developed to support a way of working that can help practitioners and managers to put the child, young person and their family at the centre of a holistic coordinated and seamless service delivery as well as support children, young people and their families to take control of their lives, in a way that enables them to make informed choices.
