Code of Practice, Draft Regulations and Transitional Arrangements

Consultation launched on the draft Special Educational Needs

08:55 16 October in National News

The Department for Education have published the Consultation Code of Practice, and other supporting documents.

This version of the Code does reflect some of the comments and feedback provided by parents, but there remain many elements which we are sure that parent carers will have views about.

Bromley Parent Voice will be producing a local response, so we would welcome your and your forums thoughts, comments and opinions so that we can create a consensus document. The NNPCF are producing a briefing paper and Bromley Parent Voice have arranged two open meetings for parents to support you as you review and consider your response to these documents.

The meetings will be held at in the Main Hall, Bromley Central Library on:

Wednesday 13th November 2013  7-9 pm

Thursday 14th November 2013 10am-midday

Details to follow.
